BEGIN TENDING
Enter the Wild Garden: Begin Tending is a brief outline on how to work through these Self-Study Kits.
SELF-STUDY KITS
SEEDS
Introductions: Seeds is an orientation for those arriving at consciousness-centred education with curiosity and intrigue. The contents of Self-Study Kit 1 offer an entry point with free resources, including guiding principles, introductory essays, conceptual maps, and glossaries.
rootS
Foundations: Roots is a synthesis of the key theories, historical roots, conceptual ideas and core philosophies that ground consciousness-centred education. The contents of Self-Study Kit 2 offer a solid foundation with free resources on timeless ancient structures upon which this work is built.
Specialisations and Applications: Branches is a deeper exploration of how consciousness-centred education unfolds across disciplines, contexts and applied practice. The contents of Self-Study Kit 3 offer resources that literally “branch out” across disciplines, mapping various diversifications from indigenous/spiritual wisdom to scientific knowledge, understanding applications across contexts, and through metaphor, art and culture.
Practices: Fruits and Flowers is a detailed collection of practices, arguably the most important part of Wild Garden. The contents of Self-Study Kit 4 adopt a practice-first approach, offering exercises, techniques, and experiential tools as resources for educators, practitioners, and their students.
Teaching Development: Harvest is centred on developing teachers as active, self-reflexive and congruent practitioners who integrate their teaching and learning. The contents of Self-Study Kit 5 offer practical real-world guidance in the form of process steps, reflections, evaluation cycles, lesson plans, templates, and professional continuing development maps. This is where the nine guiding principles of The Art of Integral Being® are translated into the design of curriculum, pedagogy, and embodied, creative, and consciousness-centred learning spaces and places.
